18″ Double sided pre-loaded disposable tube filled with Metallic Streamers and Slowfall Confetti. These Airless Flick Stick Launchers give you two shots per tube. Simply flick one end then turn the tube over and flick the other end. Watch 36 Metallic Streamers fly out of the tube reaching 20′ to 25′ high into the air WITHOUT Co2, and the slowfall will hang in the air and fall gracefully to the ground. Simply and easy! The Metallic Streamers and Slowfall confetti are made from flame retardant PVC film.
